Upon returning truck. Was treated very poorly. Customer service had an attitude, and told me I need to put $3.00 more in gas even though the gas tank was full. But then he proceeded to argue with me and tell me it wasnt. Poor, poor customer service.

The guy at the register did not want to try and help me when my name didn't come up on the return list, then he lied and told me that customer service isn't open on Sunday....I called customer service and guess what they answered. I went all the way home to get my original receipt, I went back in to the location with customer service on the phone with me and receipt in hand, he was still very rude and he finally agreed to use my information to look up the return. This guy isn't fit for customer service in the least bit, very uninviting, rude, snobby, and will blatantly ignore you I will never return to this location.

Nothing against Patty’s Truck stop location. My reservation was for the 1340 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE Cartersville, GA 30120 Location. There wasn’t a dolly there for us. We had to drive to the next town (Adairsville) to get a dolly from Patty’s truck stop. Other that that it was a trouble free transaction.

i made reservations for a truck and trailer together ,two or three days in advance...i receive a text message right before scheduling close the night before picking up.....the truck / trailer was in two different locations....driving to location to location is your job not the customer ! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE U-HAUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gas gauge was a rip off..my total trip was 13 miles..I told them it would be 12 miles..They said I would have to pay 29.99 or put gas in myself because gas gauge was low???...I put in over 4 gals at 12 dollars to keep from paying 29.99...How is it possible to use 4 gals in I mile over my stated estimated mileage???Rip off...Don't like to be RIPPED OFF!!!!

The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable but I dont think you should have to rent a car dolly for 3 days when you only need it for one day. That was riidiculous. My car dolly fell apart and I only needed one for one day to return the next day but was told I had to rent for a minimum of 3 days which I didnt believe was right but I had to have it.

My round trip experience was over all pleasent, however when I returned to the Adairsville location to drop off the uhaul I was told to drive to a calhoun location for drop off. This turned out to be incorrect information that could have been avoided with a simple follow up question. The two locations I had visited worked together to resolve the issue I had with the drop off, I was very please with the service I received after the confusion was cleared up.

Apparently I went over my mileage by half a mile and they tried to figure out how to avoid charging me the $0.30 on my credit card, but weren't able to do so. My complaint is with Uhaul's system. There should be able to over your mileage within $5 or so before the extra fee automatically kicks in.

The truck that i rented was not cleaned. The truck had garbage inside of the cab. I asked the attendant to clean the cab. The vehicle had was completely empty of fuel. The attendant advised me that he would contact Uhaul that never took place according to the receiving location. There was also a broken head board left in the truck, which i had to dispose of. I was very disappointed in the service i received.

HE SAID WE NEED TO PUT MORE FUEL IN THE TRUCK OR HE IS GOING TO CHARGE US 35 DOLLARS WE SHOW HIM THE PAPER WORK IT END UP HE WAS LOOK AT THE TEMP GAUGE NOT THE FUEL GAUGES GO FIGURE

I went online and did the express check in and none of it was recorded at the pick up and had to pay additional insurance ? The charges were already pending at the bank but had to run thru at check out again for a different amount. Then he said it will not get billed until check in and there was zero balance when I returned unit. Just a little unnerving. It would be nice if there were vouchers for people who recover stolen U-Haul property as I have recovered two for U-Haul !! Have a great day and thanks for listening.

One wheel of the appliance dolly was extremely difficult to roll when weight was on the dolly. At drop off, it took 30-45 minutes to get excess charges removed from my order that should not have been there.

Via phone message, we had been told to return the truck to another place in Adairsville. When we got there the store clerk told us they did not rent U-Haul's anymore. He sent us to Pattys Truck Stop. The clerk there told us we were not in his system and couldn't leave the truck. I called Uhaul customer service and the agent transferred me to Traffic and it all got worked out in a matter or minutes. Someone needs to update the records because Bob's Mart, 5922 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy., Adairsville, Ga. 30103, 770-877-3453 no longer rents U-Hauls.

Truck was filthy and full of trash and cigarette butts. Gas pumps at the gas station/uhaul location were all out of order. Truck is mechanically unsafe as motor was about to go.

We were over charged and then over charged again. We had the truck for 4 hours and they charged us for one day then for three days the. Another charge for one day. We also had a charge numerous times for safety and we didn't ask for that. We have been charged 53.00 twice and 75.00 we should have owed 45.00. Wewere charged on our account 181.00 for a four hour rental. The store closed due to weather and they were not there we returned the truck and have pictures. You owe us over 140.00. Not happy we called corporate butnhave yet to receive a call back. This is not right!!!
