The truck was dirty, old, engine light was on the whole time, and there was no gas cap!! The truck felt like the transmission was going to fall out at any moment. I did complain , but they had no other trucks. I will not use this location again.

Overall u-haul experience was absolutely horrible and a formal complaint was filed. Custoner service and franchise service was unacceptable. I spent over 8 hours on the phone. Was hung up on, disconnected several times with no call back, given several different quotes on the same day, a reservation was changed WITHOUT my permission, charged before I was told I would be which caused an NSF fee on my end, etc. WAY too many issues to list. Honestly the worst experience of my life.
