The guy was really helpful but he was very busy and though there were other employees in the store, he was doing everything. I showed up on time but it took a minute to get the paperwork done and for me to hook the truck and trailer up because I needed his help. He did get anther guy to assist me though.

Coordination with Uhaul mover helper companies could be improved and keeping customers up to date prior to moving. That being said Charlie's angels stepped up big filling the void for company that backed out. Did amazing job in timely manner provided a stress free experience.

Have a designated person to handle the y-haul request. The store has alot of regular customers wanting to purchase lottery and scratch off tickets so I had to continually wait to get helped.

Even after making reservations on-line we had to go to three locations before we got a trailer. The first location was empty, we called and the owner said she hadn’t received any word of a reservation and would take 30 mins to drive from home. Thankfully, we got a call a few month later from a representative who directed us to a different location nearby. However, when we arrived there the gentleman running the location (it was also a gas station) did not know how to rent the trailer to us. After calling the representative back, we were finally directed to a location that could help us. Better communication and coordination would certainly have improved our experience.

When I got there the store clerk had to make a phone call to the U-Haul owner??. The guy asked for all the stuff I already gave on the phone and gathered my credit card information again. After all of that, I was okayed to go and get the tow dolly that I rented. I went and hooked it up (no assistance) and went to haul my car. Upon return, I checked in with the clerk and he told me there was someone here. The guy responded quickly and I assumed he was going to help me get the dolly off of the truck just like every other U-haul I have used, he didn't. He then made a phone call to the owner??? again. I had to wait again for the guy on the phone. Upon my return home, I got suspicious and checked my bank to see if maybe I got billed twice since the guy gathered my information again. Thankfully he did not bill me twice, but I noticed he tacked on the insurance that I did not ask for or want. I then called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes then finally someone picked up, just to hang up. I called back and the next representative was helpful and said that a customer service supervisor would call. Thus far they haven't. I don't know if my card is getting refunded the charge for the insurance or not. I am thoroughly disappointed with this transaction. I have had good service in the past with U-haul, but I feel let down.

I reserved the unit at a different location. When I got there the unit I reserved was not there. After 30 minutes and the dealer on the phone with uhaul trying to figure out how many ways uhaul screwed this up i was finally redirected to this store. I was their first rental. They had no idea what they were doing or how to even go about renting the unit. Obvious that uhaul never trained them on anything. Not one speck of training. They had absolutely no clue. I waited till they could track down their owner by phone and then he got on the phone with uhaul and they tried to walk the store through the computer screens. They finally got through the process and then I alone went out and hooked everything and checked everything myself because they had no idea about any of that either. It put me way behind schedule and wrecked my plans. Inexcusable. Really ticked me off.
