SUPERB customer service at the desk. Check-in was simple, terms of contract were reviewed clearly; truck was SUPER-CLEAN and rode like a dream, even when stuffed with our furniture. Return was equally simple, with warm, friendly ,helpful desk. --For what it's worth, I've rented U-Hauls all over Boston & MetroWest, and this agent was the most dencent and helpful of any, EVER. Good location too, ample parking and turnaround space; Dunkin Donuts just a few doors down. :-)

The van that I rented was the worst smelling vehicle that I've ever been inside of!!!!! The rental agency could not process my cc and put it on hols overnight. They said they would process the charge on the following and would send an email receipt to me. The next day I had to call them and ask to process the charge. There are too many other U-Haul agents to ever have use Moran Leasing again, and I will not!!!!

We rented a 10 foot truck for 2 days. The truck had some mechanical issues and looked like it had damage to the front end from a hit. The gasket seals on the doors were letting wind in and whistling loudly. The gas peddle tended to surge. With rear wheel drive, we got stuck in 2 inches of slush on a flat asphalt surface. It slipped on the smallest amount of ice and traction was not good. Service was spotty but good when I got it. During opening hours, I could not always reach someone (short staffed?).

I have to be honest there’s really not much to change . The only thing that would help is some USB ports in the truck for phone charging. Other than that it was a great experience. Tim

I got stuck with a cleaning charge at the end of my truck rental ($25 bucks!). It was never indicated that I had to clean the truck before returning it (my experience was with many car rentals where that is never considered). It should be included in the rental agreement that I got. I could have easily done it, had I known. The website return was a little clunky.

The one issue I had was the mirrors were not power so a manual adjustments were needed and a single person would have difficulty to make important adjustments before embarking on their trip.

I was double charged for the rental fee, which I told the vendor that I was renting the trailer for 24 hours. I will follow up with UHAUL corporate, b/c Moran leasing stated that it’s an error on their part.

There was a billing issue after drop off that was quickly resolved on the phone with the manager. I will continue to use Moran Leasing for their friendly staff, convenient location and well maintained fleet.

Don't overcharge, and then ignore customer emails to correct the charge. Also be clear about the return process when the store is closed (it would help if the store was open for more than a few hours on a weekend.) I was charged for two days but I had the truck for just four hours. The store taking advantage of a technicality as I was unaware of the "return process" on my phone (what if I didn't have one, or it wasn't working?), and didn't realize it until I was no longer at the store. Tried to contact UHaul and was told the store manager would address the concerns, but my emails were ignored and the incorrect charge posted. I have placed the charge in dispute.

I picked up the vehicle at 6 AM and it was totally dark outside at the location. I could not see the stairs I needed to go up to get to the vehicle and it was very hard to go through the checkout process in the dark.

I had a brand new 20 footer. The only let down was it wasn't equipped with bluetooth for my phone and if it was I couldn't figure out . It is almost 2020 and hands free features should be standard

Sales representative was polite and answered the phone promptly and all questions that put me at ease renting U Haul for the first time. Efficient transaction overall which is very important. Online reservations can be complicated if equipment isn’t available so talking to a live person helps with questions and not all locations answers their phone. Highly recommended this location. Excellent overall!
