The representative was the only staff on duty and was required to service other customers while trying to complete rental paperwork. He was doing the best he could but was somewhat overwhelmed. There should be more staff available when UHAUL customers want to rent equipment.

Easy to get in and out of an plenty of places to park. Highly recommend using U-Haul App for Pickup or Delivery. My drop off experience would have been perfect if the app would have worked. I dropped off between 0700-0730 Saturday 25 August and after completing all the steps for drop off in the App, got error message stating there was an error on U-Haul servers. Tried twice with same error. But Jay at the Shell Station worked hard to get me checked in an processed. Just took a little longer as he had other customers he was also trying to serve.

After on line purchase it still took us two hours to get the uhaul. First off was given the wrong uhaul location to pick up uhaul. Then given another location when we got there we were told there were no uhauls. So back home we went to contact main uhaul and was told to go back to the same place we just left to get a different vehicle and once there the system was down suddenly. Finally got the vehicle for a local job. Something that should have taken 15 minutes of paper work and vehicle inspection took close to 2 hours!!! Never again!!!

Not send a customer out of there way by 3 hours with a toll to pick up a truck. I will NEVER use or recommend Uhaul ever again. Rude customer service reps on the phone as well

I dropped off the trailer and went inside. They did not check the trailer for damages or have me sign anything that it had been returned. The person was friendly, but I guess I expected more to insure I was covered in case of later repercussions.

Reduce the rate per mile driven. .99¢ a mile is a bit expensive. Especially considering the fact that customers are not able to pick up the equipment from the nearest U-Haul center due to availability. Thus those extra miles are being unnecessarily driven by the customer and of course charged for them.

I specifically did not pick this location because it had a very poor rating on several sites and because it closes at 230pm-the main reason I did not pick this location because I knew I could not return it within 24 hours. On top of this, it has ZERO moving supplies (i.e. Mattress Bags). Uhaul CHANGED my preferred pick-up location to the this one. Which meant I had to scramble to figure out what to do...especially because this location did not call me to confirm the day before pick up AS REQUESTED. I got an email from them at 726pm the night before pickup...which only added stress onto the alread stressful situation of moving. I had to live chat uhaul-which the customer service rep was not able to help me with because he had no access to moving equipment and sent me a phone number to call. After being on hold with that number for 45 minutes, I hung up. Then contacting uhaul via their Facebook page-where they customer service reps. They were helpful and helped extend the return time...but overall the situation leading up to picking up the truck was very stressful, the location closed early, it was dirty, we had to stand in a long with gas customers and the computer system was extremely slow. Plus, they did not explain anything to us-about the truck, about payment being charged at pickup-nothing.

I was redirected to this location as the one I wanted did not have the large truck I needed. The attendant at this gas station did not seem to be familiar with the U Haul computer process and had to go through the process at least 4 times. He was the only attendant in the store and had to take care of all the other customers in addition to those waiting to rent a truck. The money for the deposit/hold still has not been released after 3 weeks. I used less than 1/2 tank of gas, but was charged for a full tank. This has been an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

The worker at the store was alone to handle all the business that busy morning. I took an hour to check out and when I returned the truck at the other location I was told that my reservation was wrong and the lady was awesome and adjusted it for me.

Attendant had no idea how to rent vehicle waited for over 30 min and at the end had to enter information into system and finish rental myself. I should be paid for performing the work myself. Horrible service, inside of truck was not swept and no packing quilts were available as requested. No contract could be printed so I never signed an agreement or agreed to extra charges. Fuel level was not at stated level

Before dropping off uhaul I called to verify that they were open and/or had a 24 hour drop off. The lady that I spoke with didn't have a clue if they even accepted uhauls there and didn't have a clue what the process was to even return the uhual. When I got to the store to drop off she was like you can drop it off in parking lot and put keys wherever. Very rude and no customer service skills.

He just needs someone else who is willing to learn how to rent the equipment out. I did not realize how much and just what he has to do when someone rents. I did have to wait a while opposed to already being ready for the customer. However when he arrived, he took the time to explain his process and he was very kind. Even feeling rushed by my movers he made that not so stressful. He is another awesome person to rent from like stack and store. I would definitely go back to his location. It is great for me to have someone like him because I have had major problems at other uhaul locations. Great Man!
