Nothing, the guys I worked with were great!
Ashley B.I was told the rate is $44.99 and we use for 3 hours only. This location they charged my card $60 extra with out my knowledge. When I called them he said it's clean up ? I put more gas in than I needed. These people are theif . My no 330-502-8409 I need my money back .
sara S.Rear taillight was not working when trailer was picked up, U-Haul representative was unconcerned only advised to call the local U-Haul headquarters for a solution. Trailer should obviously have all lights functional for safe travel especially when charging full price. Doesn't seem like a lot to ask.
