I was charged a $18 fuel surcharge and i did return it with more fuel than it had once i received it. I am not impressed

Was charged a $300 cleaning fee for leaving a bit of dirt in the box. I was pressed for time and didn't manage to sweep it out. This happened last year and after I had swept it out then, they still charged me a cleaning fee, which was reasonable at $25. After renting a few Uhaul's a year from this location, I will no longer. Hope the $300 was worth losing an ongoing long term and returning customer. I even filled up over a quarter tank of fuel than what was needed. I will never provide business to this garage of any kind again.
ADAM FThe staff wasn’t helpful, had to call Dropoff location & Halifax for answers. The location itself is a dump. The U-Haul sign was half in the ditch. No blankets for packing but they’d have no clean place to store them. I responded yes to recommend as they’re the only location in the area. The truck was so noisy you couldn’t talk.
