2 1/2 hours and then be told that the u-haul system is down and they can't get our vehicle for us. Then after finally talking with someone and getting the reservation sent to a location that was actually manned only to find out that the reservation that was supposed to be for 30 minutes later at the other location was made for the next day at 11:30 at night. WTF. Our experience was terrible. Might be a good reason to never use u-haul again.

Emelito A.The truck needs a lot of work! The door lets in a lot of noise when driving. The gear shift got stuck. And the headlights need to be changed, you can't see a thing at night!
Amanda A.There is no one to get a hold of for help. The truck had a tire sensor and check engine light on, could not see mileage. Returned truck with a full tank of gas this was not required and I was charged over.
