The people were welcoming and very nice and I could tell they were owners because they really cared about everything. I will be going back there in the near future.

Fill up the gas tank! Very hard to estimate how much gas I need to purchase to get to 5/8 of a tank!

The store owner met me outside upon my return and helped guide me in reversing the truck into his parking spot. He had billing and return processing done on a tablet, I didn't even have to come inside. His lovely wife explained all I needed to know in the contract, and the truck is so not intimidating to drive (which I was worried about). It was affordable and convenient. I would definitely feel comfortable renting again.

The truck was very shaky, and the check engine light came on and off repeatedly. The turning signals didn't work properly, and the back door of the truck didn't stay latched. We had to drive slowly to make sure it didn't pop open. I had reserved the uhaul at a different location (the UPS store on Huron Church, same city), and I was told two days later that it would be at m and s convenience. When I got there, it took over 1/2 an hour to get the truck. I was second in line, but we were probably the 15th to be served. The woman who served us spoke English with a really strong accent, and I had to get her to repeat a few things. She got frustrated because I couldn't understand her. Her husband said that he was going to keep the passport we used as ID if we came back at 6:01 (we were due back at 6). I had tried to reserve 8 hours for the truck, and that's what I tried to pay for at the UPS. but my receipt only said 6. My mom and I felt extremely uncomfortable inside the store. It was a really shady part of town, and a lot of drunk/high people came through while we were waiting. Overall just a bad experience.
