There was no one there and the address is not even correct. Who knows. The building with the address had a sign that said Uhaul was “next door†and there were NO doors. Just warehouses. Empty. Now I have an erroneous charge and no one is doing anything about it. All it takes is a recheck of the odometer. Too lazy to do that I guess. Worst experience with Uhaul so far.

Samantha L.Nobody there. In the back of an old, rundown warehouse looking shack. People in adjourning business had no idea where the UHaul office under their noses everyday was. This whole UHaul experience was a complete mess
jace W.I had a reservation for 1pm, when I arrived no one was there. I called the place and was informed they were ar lunch and didn't see the reservation. I had to wait for them to finish their lunch. When the guy arrived, he entered through the back and we didn't know he was there. I almost just left.
