The only place I trust to treat me right and go above and beyond what is required . Unlike most othet u haul places they actually answer the phone and your questions and know what they are talking about . They also treat you as a intelligent human even if you have no knowlage of u haul stuff.TOM D.

Said on my rental agreement I signed at the pick up location AND online at Uhaul that I would pay a 0.00 dollar fee for the fuel I did not replace. I did not replace all the fuel in the truck since it said I would not get charged. They ended up charging me 75.00 for the gas I didn't replace. I reached out to two Uhaul representatives and they both told me it was a â€œmisprintâ€ and they would not be refunding my money back. This is the first AND last time I will ever rent from Uhaul.Danae M.

We were renting a trailer from Friga Tire to move our son across state. When Rod noticed a tire was under inflated, even though it was quitting time on Friday before Memorial Day, he investigated and found it had a nail in it. He put a new tire on the trailer which prevented us from having big troubles. That's great customer service!!Gene C.
The pick up box was hard to find. I didn't receive any instructions as to where it was, so I looked and looked. I finally found it but perhaps it could be more clearly marked. I picked up my truck down the hill, so I first looked for the key box down there and around the vehicle. Finally I got in my car and drove up to the office and looked around, and finally found it.Paul T.
I have no concerns with site pickup. We picked up via cell phone after they were closed. Uhaul should communicate better with renter. I had no idea the alternate contact would be asked if they would like to be responsible for charges if I didn't return the truck! Also, the check in/out process via phone through uhaul is very involved. It takes about 20 minutes both in/out. I will not use that service again, if I need uhaul. Again, no reflection on Friga Tire Service.Tresa R.

Uhaul did not tell me they switched pick up locations until I called to verify. I was told I had to pick up truck 30 miles away from requested location. When I showed up to new location there were no trucks there. Person at location called Uhaul to try and find a truck but none were available. I ended up renting 2- 12 foot trailers and made multiple trips totaling 400+ miles. I am thankful local Uhaul dealer tried to help but corporate Uhaul let me down.James D.
