Great lady at the counter

MATT R.The person behind the counter was helpful to a point. I was asked to disconnect the trailer myself. I was given a large pipe wrench after struggling to disconnect the trailer which allowed me to complete the disconnect. I was offered help of the maintenance guy only after I had already struggled unsuccessfully to disconnect the trailer. If help is available then offer it up front. If they want me to disconnect the trailer then give me the tools needed to efficiently perform the work.

The woman seemed discombobulated, and unsure of what she was doing, and then finally told me I was late and charged me another $30 although I returned the trailer on the return date on my receipt. I would not recommend this place anymore. I could have easily returned the trailer to Flagstaff instead where I have NEVER had trouble.
