We cleaned the inside of the traile completely. I was not happy that I got charged $15 for not washing the outside especially after having to deal with no tail light for 2,400km.

The truck was running very, very rough. I though the engine was going to die on me while I was using it, and the brakes were not good. The wiper blades were old and dry and did not work well at all. There was hydraulic fluid leaking from the brake pedal onto the floor inside the cab, likely because someone overfilled the brake fluid in am attempt to improve the crappy brakes. The engine needs some serious maintenance in the truck likely some valve seals and valve timing. When I spoke to the staff at the rental location they reported the last customer said the truck was running fine. When the staff member came out to check the truck he agreed it needed some engine work. However, it is not reassuring to me as a customer to know that Uhaul is relying on customer feedback to determine whether a vehicle is running well and safe to use. The truck I rented in my opinion was borderline safe to be on the road. Please do regular maintenance on your trucks rather than waiting until it breaks down or someone gets hurt to fix the problem. Thanks.

I was told by the person whom I had spoken to on the phone a couple of days prior to pickup, that I was "guaranteed" the tow dolly that I was supposed to receive. I was not given the correct equipment for the move I was making from whitehorse, Yukon to chilliwack, bc. On my way down my personal vehicles transmission blew and I was left with all my belongings and the trailer and car I was towing on the side of the road in a rural area. Luckily I could drive the vehicle I was towing which is my wife's car! Now I am left with a truck that can't move and all of my belongings my wife's belongings and my 9 year old daughters belongings all left behind because somebody didn't so there job correctly! What am supposed to do now?? Who is responsible for this?? I can tell you that I will not take any responsibility because I was told that this was the best option and that I would be ok. Well, it wasn't ok and now I am left without transportation to and from work and my wife will have to take a leave in order for us to make this work. I would like a phone call to resolve this.

Taking a page from rental cars, would be better for the customer to start from a vehicle with the fuel gauge full rather than trying to add fuel to a random fill point. Expect that uhaul does well either the system of marking fuel level out but annoy

Everything was first-rate.

A more thorough cleaning of the cab would be appreciated. We found empty bottles and a touque from a previous user.

Drop off was easy, I needed to wash the outside of the vehicle but they allowed me to get that done myself for $7 rather than the $40 charge

This truck had recently been repaired, truck had all new tires. Whomever did the repair did not do it properly the front tires come loose and the wheel alignment is very bad! Truck was scary to drive and destroyed the brand new from tires!

Ensure consistency of policy and service between clerks. Show concern for the customer by trying to find a solution rather than being flippant and having an I don't care attitude.

Camions très sales après deux locations, pas de changements. OK pour le reste mais surtout, bas prix très apprécié. Serge, du Yukon

Paras Chhabra is a great rep. for your company. The company I work for and myself are in Saskatchewan and he made it very easy to rent equipment over the phone. Thanks again!

The truck was not washed on the outside, and the gas gauge is not accurate. In filling the tank, the gas gauge would not register above 3/4, so we filled the tank to overflow. This was noted by the attendant in his receipt.

Get your equipment checked. We had flat tires -multiple- and breakdowns.

You may use my e mail for other customers doing the 3200 mile run . Very impressed with how the truck handled . Not one quart of oil needed , dip stick tricky to get at for short people , fuel around 1300 + last fill up . Service and support excellent before travel . I had amazing conditions . Only 30 km of snow fall. All the prayers for me worked , I was truly blessed . Will call u haul in Alaska to thank them . ??

I want to thank the young man who helped me and made sure that I got a very good truck with good tires to drive 2,500 km from Whitehorse to the Okanagan Valley (BC) in January. He has been a real good person, calm, helpful and patient. I wish I would know his name to thank him publicly (I just know that he is a Canadian of Pakistani origin - if my memory is good). Thank you so much again.

1. Any correspondance and paperwork in French. We are in Canada, not in United States. It should be bilingual and offered to client. 2. On the vehicle DC 2053F licensed in Arizona, the summer tires are totally not secure for winter, it is a hazard, and they were totally used, end, no good, kaput. I stock everywhere, spin then stock, then spin, stock again and again, as soon I was around my locker. It is dangerous, it is a fail. YOU HAVE TO change the tires for good winter tires. We are not in Florida, we are in Yukon where we have snow, from September/October true April ! For the others aspects, it was OK, SHG, Yukon, Canada
