Staff had no idea on how to do drop off of equipment. Didn't really help me with the drop off process had to have a U-Haul agent follow up on mileage left on vehicle to end the contract. Definitely wouldn't go back to this location.

Jeff PWe sat at an empty lot for almost 3 hours no one knew what was going on. The manager didn't seem to care . The trailer was so old that the floor was buckling when tying down the load as well as plug adapter was old and not working properly.
terry pI was to pick up at 8 am. I was running late and at 8:20 am no one was there. Called number on door and was told the staff doesn't come in till 8:30 or 9. Showed up shortly after 9. Was told I would need to fill with gas as last person did not. There was only enough fuel for 40 miles. Also the check engine light was on. Not flashing so it was drivable. Let the office gentleman know. Not impressed at all!!
