5 stars, the property owner/ manager went beyond to help me out I was stranded and without his help I would have not done it at all.
Francis G.It was so far out a country road, I was worried I was lost. Be careful in returning here and turn in as soon as you see U-Hauls if you follow it around to the address that the map says you'll get yourself stuck at their house. Everything went seamless with a drop off though and they checked it right in.
PATRICK G.I made a 9:00 reservation days in advance and after waiting from 8:45 to 8:55 for assistance i hooked the trailer up and headed to Ohio for my 12:00 appointment! When I got cell phone service I called u-haul to let them know I had the trailer and would return it by 9:00 the next day ! 2 hrs later u-haul called and said I stole the trailer! After pulling off the 4 lane and texting my license I found out that my reservation was made from Arizona and that JBs didn't open till 11:00 ! None of this was JBs fault and i did get it straightened out ! Bad u-haul experience!
