Clean the interior as there was a used qtip with wax and trash under the crevices of the seat. The owner seemed passive aggressive when I asked question and was trying to rush me out. He appeared to have looked annoyed.

Duy N.Very impersonal, all about u-haul not about the customer's needs. I promised myself the time before this rental, I would never rent from u-haul again and I confirmed what I learned last time. Very, very poor service and customer friendly. Never again.
Dean C.On line pick up and return way too many steps and confusion. Took an hour to finally get the keys. Ridiculous. Truck did not come with a full tank of gas. Have to guess at how much to put back in.
