Took about half an hour to pickup the truck. The site was not adept at using the software.

lawrence aThe truck has bad tires stoped multiple times to put air In not one but two tires. Had to return the truck to the drop off location early because of the tire issues. And instead of giving me another truck I had to rent another truck so paid for two trucks in one day because U-Haul was not help at accommodating my situation. Put in a customer complaint like I was told to do and still haven’t received a phone call back. Was very disappointed in U-Haul over the weekend made the moving trip way more stressful then it needed to be.
TINA MI had to wait for an hour to pick up the truck because the store had not checked the truck back in from the previous renter. I had reserved the truck ahead of time and they were not accommodating to a price reduction after making me wait for so long. The kid in the store did not know how to check us in so we were having to deal with his managers over speaker phone. Will never use this disorganized location again for a U-Haul rental.
