The truck was filthy, the engine light was on and there was no padlock on the truck making the stuff we loaded overnight insecure. I had expected better service from you.. the tank was only 3/4 full when I got it and I was told to refill to 3/4 which I did and I still got charged to fill the tank to full. Should get a full refund for your terrible service. I have enough to do just to move without all that going on.!

The bed of the truck needed to have been swept clean. I had asked for a dolly and it was not in the truck.
Maurice DWhen I asked the guy about my drop off location he said I could drop it off at wherever I wanted to and he said he set it that way for me since I’d most likely have to do an after hours drop off. I called the place I was gonna go to to make sure they wouldn’t charge me extra for it and they said that was fine. I then get a call a day after I dropped it off and it was from a different location (on the same general area) apparently the guy had set my drop off location to a specific spot and didn’t tell me. Thankfully they didn’t charge me a fee but I felt bad for the people who were expecting a truck.
