Took the truck on a 24 hour - 1,200 mile trip and got charged $150 for 2 scratches on the side of truck that couldve been caused by numerous outside variables along the highway. Disgusted with the charge and how it was handled.Michael I.

I have rented a $19.99 truck for 1 hour and 45minutes. They told me that next day I will receive via email my invoice. I ended up paying $178.25. The bad thing I did is not to check the receipt inmediately a checked it a week after. :(JENNY Q.

after stopping by to reserve the truck the day before. i thought i was all set. on the morning of pick up. it took over 1 to 1 1/2 hours to finish the paper work so i could get going. the attendant did not know what to do and had to call the boss, who had to walk him thru the whole thing again. the truck was sitting in the parking lot with snow and ice covering the windshield. they did not even have a scraper to remove the snow and ice to speed up my departure. other than that the truck was great. i asked if there was a discount for military veterans and they had no answer. i will still use you again. just hope it does not take as long. regards, mikeMICHAEL H.

Set up first in Wichita Falls for Friday, and the girl was very unprofessional like she did not want to be there. reserved a truck on a very short time line. Your personnel (who had no control over the situation) tried to locate another truck with no success. because of non availability. the 3 hour delay cost approximately $100 in additional charges and could have resulted in much higher expenses. why make reservations if your equipment is not available. Dee in Wichita and Ron in Burkburnett gave it a good effort. I was unsatisfied that the Burk location put a higher priority on a haunted house than on getting the late delivered truck ready to roll.RUSSELL S.
Service was aweful. I was asked to move my pickup location from a larger location to this one. It was aweful. Both tires on the tow dolly had dry rot. I pointed this out to the owner and told him I didn't want to take it for my 1900 mile journey. He assured me they would be fine. After much disagreement he said he would change the tires. Once it was on the SUV so I could pull it around back, his assistant informed me they only had one new tire. Less than 200 miles away the old tire blew and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere for 4 hours in the middle of the night. Fortunanty a local sheriff picked us up and took us to the local gas station a few miles away as we waited for a new tire. Never go to this location. There equipment is old and the service is not good. U-Haul did nothing to compesate for the 'inconvenience' either.TREVOR A.

I reserved a remtal at another location. I returned a call to confirm and was put on holdl twice so long that the phone disconnected. I went to the location because I couldn't get through on the phone and when I did the equipment I needed was no longer available. The call center representative had zero empathy and did not lend any validity to my concerns. She talked over me and if you record these conversations, I'd encourage you to have a listen.KENT L.
The guys at this location are awsum and I have rented from this location twice. Great service both times. Very much different than the trash you have working at your kell blvd. location in Wichita Falls Tx. Had to rent a different trailer than what I wanted because the trailer i wanted to rent was not available anywhere but kell blvd location and I refuse to do business with them again.MARK M.
