Wade ATook too long to get the key through the app and was freezing that morning (not their fault, U-Haul app leaves some things to be desired). Windshield wiper fluid was not full. Caused some windshield visibility issues while driving through snow in New Mexico when I ran out after only like 5 uses. Double check all your wiper fluids are topped off before renting please.
