I was very upset with the amount of time it took to go through the online process of getting my truck, I was denied once because of my pictures&license (it was dark and rainy)& then because my contacts were unreachable (I had to try and get ahold of people at 8:30 at night and let them know to answer your call,most people don't pick up the phone that late in the evening, especially when it's "an 800#". I was scheduled for the 24/7 at 8pm and we didn't get out of the u-haul til almost 9:23pm, but the company itself eÃ ÃNicole G.
The mobile check in needs to be must faster. I waited for my qualifications to be approved for over 30 minutes. By that time, I had already gone in to the office, which I had hoped to avoid, and they had to override on their end to help me get on my way.Erika B.

It was impossible for me to get into the truck to drive it (I'm short), so we asked if there was a stool available and there was not. My recommendation would be to have a stool either available or for rent.DEANNA B.
Cab of truck smelled like cigarettes, but I understand the company had no control of that. With today's age of technology - the online process could be explained/communicated better. Apparently I missed a self return process - but I didn't know about it. Overall, good experience I would recommend this company to others.Richard S.

The equipment was fine and the people at the location were helpful when I needed their assistance. However, even though there is a mask mandate in the state, none of them were wearing masks when then interacted with me. There was even a sign on the door that mentioned the mask mandate, but they were not wearing masks. For this reason, until the pandemic is over, I would recommend to friends that they rent their uhauls from a different location.Teresa S.
