My pickup time was supposed to be 12:30 yet was entered as 11:00. After trying to check in for 25 minuets the man finally looked into my reservation. The time was changed so it would not allow me to check in on the site. This is not the friendliest Uhaul locations.

We were initially supposed to pick up at 26' truck from Commerce at 7am for a 24/7 pick up. When we got there, there was no truck. After contacting the business owner because the business did not open until 9:30am and getting ahold of Uhaul customer service we were told there was not a truck available for us. By 7:30am we had decided to get a 20' truck from Waterford instead so we could get on with our move. After getting to Waterford the business did not “open” until 8am. My husband and I sat in the car waiting for 20 minutes while movers were waiting at our house on the clock! The original customer service representative gave us $50 off and an extra 25 miles. After seeing how much smaller the truck was, paying movers for an hour and a half doing nothing, and driving in complete opposite directions I feel like we deserve more. The $50 basically accommodates for getting a 6' smaller truck and not for the fact that it put our move drastically behind. We were not able to move all of our belongings that day so we will have to rent another truck to finish the rest, definitely not from Uhaul either. Thank gosh we still have ownership of our previous home we were moving from because otherwise I would be way more upset. We are extremely disappointed with Uhaul as a whole and not this specific location because it was not their fault.


top notch customer service


Had to sweep out the back of the truck before using. Had a number of problems downloading the app to return the truck. I was asked questions about the truck (ie mileage), then asked to take pictures to prove my information. Just ask for pictures if you don't believe the customers - we don't need both. Needless to say my big truck rental for Sunday was not from u-haul


This location was completely disrespectful. It is also an oil change business and the guys said “be right there” and came over 15 minutes later to process my reservation and give keys. Also, he was very rude to me and said “MY customers come first, uhual customers are not my concern”


I was extremely pleased by both the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the truck. They will be my first choice for my future truck rentals.

When we got there, the facility was closed and we had to check out on line. No one ever let us know this. A very small location, not well labeled. We passed by it.


Have the truck ready when we get there rather than waiting for 40 minutes. Clean up the front office area to make it look a little more professional. Same with the employees. Nice guys, but didn't seem like they cared or knew what they were doing.


Rep. at this location was a little on the rude side. Did not hesitate to tell me I should have checked in online, but he would take care of it anyway. I called to confirm but I was not told there was not a dollie available until we arrived. Then wanted me to go several miles away to get one. Kept telling me it was not his fault there was not one there. Customer service SHOULD have been to obtain one from the other location himself since I already paid for my reservation. I received a refund for the dollie, but I believe that is NOT the point.Then couldn't be bothered to remove the signage that was in the front window of the truck. VERY poor customer service from this young person.


On returning the vehicle the store was closed The u-haul app needed more of a preface I didn't know pictures would need to be taken and submitted before I dropped the key

Nothing to complain about


Customer service at this location was excellent. I had no issues. Equipment was newer and worry free.


They make you wait while they service oil changes regardless of who is there first. I waited 50 minutes to pick up a 5x8 trailer. Person working that day was rude. Said they were short staffed and that even Uhaul would tell you that my customers come first. Complained about how long it takes to get paperwork done for Uhaul and that they only make $3 off the rental.


Put jacks on your trailers so they can be taken off without breaking your back


Fix your app and your website. I moving day people don't need to try 30 f'ing times to get your app to checkout the vehicle or to turn it back in. I literally spent 30 minutes before flagging down an employee to turn it in. This is by far the worst app I've ever used. I had problems setting up the appointment. I had problems getting the vehicle and I had to spent 30 minutes Checking the truck back in. It ridiculous!!!!

Nothing, everything at pickup was easy and great.


The staff were great and very helpful. However the location is small and very tight to maneuver since it's primary business is changing oil. Plus the trailer's exterior was muddy from previous use.

An online van reservation was made. When we arrived at the pickup location, we were required to enter all the same information again. The final step of taking a picture of the location bar code and submitting it did not work after several tries. Therefore, the attendant had to delete our reservation order and create another order manually . . . over half hour wasted due to faulty website.

Anything would be an improvement. Truck smelled. The online check in process was not user friendly. The return process was not working properly. The bar code photo return process didn't work and this was no surprise to the staff that cleans the truck k as they saw me struggling and finally suggested I use the QR code process instead. Why not put out of order since they new it didn't work. Trying to call the help line was a joke and I was on hold for 10 minutes constantly being sold on their services and products before they disconnected me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROCESS II'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!


I prefer to use the local mom and pop location, and I am very close to a huge supply chain. I always go here first.


Requested different location and uhaul changed and received higher price, told they didn't have truck when arrived, sticky spills all over inside of truck. Truck was not cleaned. During Covid19 that was not acceptable. Told up needed to return by 8am and facility wasn't open.
