Delece L.I used the truck share option for the first time. I was late in picking up the truck. Please, please, please send an email letting me know to modify the reservation so I can get the truck. On our third call to customer service, it was fixed.
Wes H.I had reserved a 26 foot truck but has not been returned yet so I had to settle for a 20 foot truck. Are there penalties for late return so that this inconvenience cannot be repeated?
