I turned the trailer in on Monday, Jan 15, 2024. When I pulled up the gentleman at the facility told me to just drop it off and I will receive an e-mail as receipt of turn in later that day. So I dropped it off and left and a week later I got an email from UHaul stating that I hadn't turned in the equipment. So I went back to Lightning Auto Detail to find out what happened and the trailer was still there and I found the individual I spoke with on the 15th and he told me he forgot to turn it in. So he assured me he had called his boss and had taken photos of the trailer and I would be receiving an email shortly for receipt of turn in. TWO HOURS later I had yet to receive this email so I called the support line and spoke to a representative that took care of it for me and I immediately got an email of receipt of turn in. This location is not a good representation of UHaul and the customer service that your company can provide. Moving is a stressful enough endeavor without the added stress of not knowing if you'll be charged extra for an entire trailer. Please fix this location or pull your name off of it.

The woman inside was polite and very professional. I believe that she represented the business very well.
