The man who helped me told me they were closed and he didn't know how to help me. He was not very professional but after about 30 minutes he figured it all out. Didn't point out anything on the rental truck and walked away quickly. Not happy at all with the service at Browns and will never rent a truck from them again!

Not a thing. Customer service with Brown's was excellent. I will highly recommend to friends and family if they are in need of truck rental or moving assistance. Thank you to the Brown's Service team for making this any easy move.

Nice folks at Browns. They asked me if I could have the truck back by noon the next day, before my 24hr rental was up. I didn't mind them asking and I did return it well before that, but I do think they should have offered me something in return for that request.

Easy in and out and good service. Thank you.

Your policies against texting and email while driving are good but not consistent with your practice of sending alternate return locations to the driver while they are driving the truck. How do you expect someone to see those while they are driving?
