This not about the location, but U-Haul over all. It’s crap that you make someone pickup a truck in a location thats in a different town and then charge them for those additional miles. I wasn’t able to pick my jey up at the tight time because they put the wrong key in the box. But I get charged for additional time. U-Haul is garbage.

U-Haul central booking absolutely is the worst experience I have ever had, I promise never to rent a vehicle of any kind from U-Haul again will certainly not be recommending U-Haul to anyone.
Martin DI don’t know that it would matter but the trailer was “returned” right at 18 hours after it was actually returned. I was told on the phone by this location to leave by the fence if it was after they had closed and the following morning they would mark it as returned the evening before. Instead they waited until afternoon of the following day and marked it returned. Like I said I doubt it would make any difference since I was not charged an extra day but it is not what was explained to me when I called them. I compared my photos with time stamp to the return receipt to determine the discrepancy. I don’t like to be lied to.
