The woman who was at the counter was not very helpful. She made me sign the contract and right before sending me on my way told me that the truck would not be able to lock because the lock was sticky so don't bother locking the cab. So i asked â€œwhat would happen in the event of someone hot wiring the truck at night and taking off with itâ€ her response was a shoulder shrug. She did not display any confidence in what she was selling and it made me very uneasy about keeping the truck more than one day. I will not be renting another truck again.Anthony P.

An older man was not helpful and somewhat rude. I'm glad that I brought disinfectant wipes to clean the truck since it was not clean. The outside mirrors were difficult to position and a good view was not possible. I'm glad I only needed this truck for a short job. On the other hand, the first uhaul location that I called was very helpful and found the truck I needed at another location. No attention to detail. Zero customer service last two visits with today apparently being bring your toddler to work day. Trailers are ALWAYS wedged in behind trucks and unreachable by vehicle. With no customer service the customer is left to try and fish out the trailer through the maze of trucks by hand and then hook up themselves. Same upon return. Did I mention no customer service? The uhaul truck I rented (26' truck) was damaged around the entire vehicle, I think the truck was from the 90's. I began to drive off the lot and the whole front end felt like it was going to fall off! Worse as I drove down the road at 20-40 mph. I NEVER EXCEEDED 40mph in this vehicle as my move was local and only a few miles. I don't think I would have drove it over 40 ðŸ˜³ It got the job done, but I would not recommend or lease a vehicle from this location again. Sad part was they are a MEINKE DEALER, shouldn't your mechanics maintain these vehicles? It was enough to tell me that this location was lacking in quality vehicles and integrity when it came to putting their customers in a safe vehicle period!!!!!! IT IS WHAT IT IS AT THIS LOCATION, but I won't be back. Should have stuck with PENSKE TRUCKS...the CADILLAC moving vehicles! Just drove from Livonia to Las Vegas last year with my brother and enjoyed my CADILLAC ride across country!RONALD DAVID W.

After being told no they don't have a trailer over the phone. I went up there anyway because I had already reserved one on line at that location. I got the trailer znd it was full of snow. I ask if they had a shovel they said no (maybe it will blow out as you drive). When the girl checked me in I noticed she took pictures of my credit card and license with her private phone. Later on that day my credit card company sent me an alert about charges. My 1st time using that card in 4 months. I didn't recognize the charges. So I frozen the account and this morning i'm on my way up to the police station to fill out a report... beware!MICHAEL MURPHY S.

The picking up the truck by phone process was very clunky. It took too long waiting for the pickup to be approved. When returning the vehicle, the mobile app could not pick up my location. I needed the on site person to assure me that my return would be documented. I would be very hesitant to use this service again.Robert B.

Truck was available 2 hours and 18 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, causing me significant labor delay and cable TV setup without furniture at new location. I reserved 2 furniture dollies online but didn't find out until pickup that they didn't have them, causing more labor issues. Truck only had 1/4 tank gas at pickup. My credit card information I provided online was not saved to renter at pickup. The above is not all the fault of the rental location but I would give serious thought before I would rent from other than a full service U-Haul store. Unfortunately, using a full service U-Haul store would have cost me more miles that I have to pay for back and forth to the store than I used in my move.Daniel K.
