I'm a repeat customer. The trucks are so clean and the office guy was great with communicating with me. They're the best in the valley!
Tim H.Drop off was also very difficult via phone. The website kept logging me out, so I'd have to restart each time I left the site to grant camera or location access. It took almost 30 minutes to return, which is way too long.

Tim H.The two dollies and furniture pads we rented with the truck were not in the truck. The location was supposed to be staffed but no one showed up for at least 20 minutes after the opening. We were also charged for the dollies and the furniture pads even though we spoke to someone at Uhaul on the phone, who assured us we would not be charged. Very disappointed!
