Try not to change the pick up spot very irritating. You wanted me to travel on a Friday afternoon. It would’ve taken me an extra 2 1/2 hours to pick up the trailer.

Theresa IVery poor experience here, our contract said we had 1/4 tank of gas however the light was on and past E and we were not sure we would make it to a gas station. We were told that it was an in town rental however we were given a one way truck, which ended up working out as we dropped off to another location. We were told that to drop off at another location would result in hundreds of dollars in fees, which was not correct. We were given a truck with no lock and were unable to secure our goods.
