lock box took time to open. I was over charged and after few followups for the refund.
Subrat MYes - the people that worked at this location were the best, very polite, helpful and explained everything. I have rented U-hauls several times over the past five years and have had mostly positive experiences; however the person at the drop of facility was the best
Kelly MThe only reason I did not rate this location higher is because you have to rent from here using the mobile app and retrieve/return your keys using the lock box. I found that process very easy and convenient, but some other customers might want to go to one of your locations with a store to be able to go through the process with a customer service representative face to face.
Kyle HThis is in a sort of sketchy area and the owner/manager tried to solicit business from us for his side hustle when we brought the van back! Had to call when trying to rent it, and had a very rude CSR. I will try not to have to use UHaul in the future.
