They lied to me and told me the truck was in someone else's name and was still in my name. Uhaul is a bunch of fuck tweaker lying punks and I will never use this company again. Btw. I have all ways been a Uhaul man. My whole life. NEVER AGAIN.

I had reserved a 29 ft. For Wed. at 7:00am . When I got there ( no truck , only a 20 ft. ) some lame story about the truck breaking down and I would get it maybe at 10:00am if the customer brought it in by then . The person working the morning shift was great and got me on the road with a 20ft truck and a 12 ft trailer , I have 2 26ft trucks reserved for Wed the 12th at 7:00 am and I sure hope they are there , as they have been on order for 2 1/2 weeks!!!!

Uhaul was on empty only 8 miles left in it... The employee told me to sign the paper and handed me the key and told me to go find the right truck myself... He didn't look at the truck at all. The truck was filthy. And they didn't have the right size truck I had reserved only a smaller one. I have never had this kind of experience with uhaul at all and I am very dissatisfied with this experience!

Make sure the equipment is well maintained. A flat tire should not have happened. Tire looked weird before I took it off the Uhaul lot, but I didn't question it because I expected the repairs were taken care of. Delayed me by 2.5 hours - resulting in safety issues regarding driving long distance. Unfortunately, the least two times I dealt with Uhaul, there was some major issue that happens resulting in paying more than what I was originally quoted, or delays in time. I think I will look for a Ryder or other service next time - too much unnecessary stress and frustration with Uhaul.

The truck just smelled so bad, and was dirty when I picked it up. It smelled strongly of rotting/ mold. Really unpleasant loading and unloading and left a smell on all of my stuff. Otherwise there were no issues.

Truck did smell like pot, no fault of the UHaul office but it would be better without that

when I reserved the truck, I was told my credit card would not be used. However, when my son showed up to rent it, my card and name were used instead of my son. I feel this was deceptive. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Not happy.

The trailer was full of sawdust; I would've liked a cleaner unit. However, the customer service was very good.

Direct customers to the correct exit from the Uhaul.

You could have company-wide standards that each location will Apple to not ignore. For starters customer service would be the first standard that should be approved upon.

First of all, I made a reservation online and wanted this location because I could walk to it. I got a call a few days after making the reservation saying that this location did not have a 10' truck and I needed to go to a location down the street and would need a ride. Okay, I went to this location to pick up my truck and found that it had a nail in a tire. The rep told me to drive the truck to the main location (the one I wanted to get my truck originally) and have them replace the tire. Fine, I drove to that location where a rep told me that they don't have spares. He calls the head office and gives me 2 options: call roadside service and wait to have someone come and fix the tire or bring the truck back to the other location, have them cancel the reservation, and come back to this main location where they could provide me with a new reservation (mind you that Uhaul called me and told me they had no trucks!!! but they actually did have them!!!). Before driving back, I called the other location who said that they could patch up the tire; okay, I drive back there and needless to say, they failed in patching it so they cancelled my reservation and drove me back to the main Uhaul location. Main location sets me up with a new reservation, but truck #2 had a dead battery oh and it smelled like gas in the truck cabin (apparently they don't check their trucks because the rep said that it hadn't been driven in a while which would mean, hello, the battery is probably dead). Rep sets me up with Truck #3 which, happily, had no faults, had low miles, was clean, and working. This ENTIRE process took a over an HOUR!!!! Mind you that I had friends coming to help me load the truck AND I wanted to move over 150 miles on the same day and drive back home for the holidays...needless to say the delay made me move the next day...and guess what, it rained the next day!!! Overall, the reps at this main location are very nice and helpful, but Uhaul...you need to make sure your trucks are kept in order...moving is stressful enough!
