I made a reservation for all equipment at a previous location but the vehicle tow dolly wasn't at the first place. At this second place, I was already in a rush and didn't see the $20+ charge to load and secure my vehicle. All they did was attach the tow dolly (which was damaged - the plastic housing was loose and I had to make sure it didn't cut into the tire on the tow dolly) on the U-Haul truck. I loaded and secured my own vehicle, which was back at the first place I got the truck. I can't drive two vehicles at once but they charged me a fee saying that they loaded the vehicle. Nice.

If I could rate this location a 12, I would. Linda and Tim were outstanding help and worked with my situation so well. I could not have been happier with my experience and want to use this location for all of my future Uhaul needs.
