The driver side rear tire has very low tread and needs to be replaced asap. There is an extremely loud humming sound that happens sporadically when driving on the highway. I had to endure this for 17-hours while traveling.ANDREW T.

Had to go in to the uhaul nearest me to speak with a human. Was promised our equipment would be at that facility (DMAFB) for pickup. One week and a half in advance. Received a follow up call the equipment would be at 22nd/Alvernon. Received another call offering to save us $1000 if we picked it up in Wilcox, 1 hr 1/2 away. I declined but was reassured that the equipment would be at 22nd/Alvernon as planned. The day before we were to pick up our equipment (Mother's Day) I received a text changing our pickup to Marana, 1 hr away. Again, tried to call the number from the text and could not get through. We went to 22nd/Alvernon and were told our equipment was at St. Mary's/Freeway. It was there and the employees were all very nice. Bottom line is this was a horrible and nerve racking experience. For a company as large and well known, this should have been a much easier transaction. I will never recommend or use UHaul again.RUSSELL D.

Faulty equipment has cause damage to my vehicle and I have not been contacted about this, I sent an email and was told that I would be contacted within three business days it has now been six business days and I still have not been contacted and as time goes by being that it is my work truck and needed for every day use and Hass to be driven the problems could possibly just continue to get worse and cause more damage because nobody has contacted me to get this fixed or get me another vehicle to use While mine is repairedDANIEL S.

We did have a severe problem about 3 hours from Tucson. As I was making a turn I looked back at the tow dolly and saw my vehicle was almost ready to roll off the front of the dolly. (Left front tire) I straightened out, stopped and went back to inspect. The tire was then ready to roll off the back of the dolly. The strap was off, my tires were turned to the extreme right. I almost could not unlock the steering to correct the tires. However, I did and backed off and reloaded the vehicle, replacing the straps. After analyzing the cause, I determined with a heavy vehicle as a Dodge Durango, the ignition key needs to be set where the steering is not locked, allowing the front wheels to turn with the tow vehicle/dolly. After I did that it towed great. The straps did come loose three times but was caught on normal gas stop inspections. I believe this may be something U-Haul may want to review for future rentals and for education purposes. ThanksRODGER K.
