The office was very nice and helpful, but I was charged twice on my credit card - once when I picked up the vehicle and the other when I dropped off the vehicle. I'm waiting for a response.

My original pick up location was cancelled and changed to a different location only 10 minutes before pick up time. I was then called and switched again. I started towards the third location which made me have to wait in my car for a hour before opening. I then sat around at that location for 2 hours before getting my truck. Uhaul didn't even offer me any money back or off of my price. I was very disappointed

Ryan H.I received a truck that had a battery that was totally drained. Had to get a service provider to jump start the truck twice. First after only driving for 7 miles. Then again after being parked for 6 hours. Don't give us defective equipment please. I wasted several hours waiting for these service providers and making calls to get a jump start. When I stopped the truck, it had to be jump started again (despite leaving engine on for an hour). Not a happy customer at all.
