The location at 1668 was not showing up on the Uhaul website when I wanted to view inventory and book online...so I had to call the location to do it from their end. It worked out in the end thanks to the guy at the office. Please fix the website.

The gas gage is ALWAYS lower than what it says on the agreement. The guy is never there so I have to take a picture and send it in. Everything's done on the phone in the parking lot because there is no one there. They are never open when they say they will be.

Our vehicle was not present at the agreed upon time. We were not sent any notice by phone or by email that this was the case. We ended up waiting an hour for a replacement vehicle, which impacted the moving times we had booked for that day.

Truck wasn't at Depot and even employee told us to call and complain and Depot that had truck did not have a dolly and it cost us 1 hour to get truck and who knows how much time since no dolly. I would give 0 stars If that was an option. Horrible service when all you do is offer moving trucks and supplies NO truck NO dolly Supply

There were a number of people on line, probably 6 which is understandable just before 9 am and I was second in line and had done an online express check in and despite the fact the site said I was complete I was not. When the agent looked at me for my turn another guy who arrived after me just said to the agent he was next because he was told on line to just go to front of the line in front of everybody else. The agent just dealt with him. That wasn't good. I think on the last day of the month in spring there should have been a second staff on as the fellow seemed to be alone with lots of people to deal with.

Your app does NOT work. I arrived at 8am to pick-up my truck through self serve check out and there was no option on the app to get a password, lockbox code or anything. When attendent arrived, he told me I just had to login. I tried from 3 different browsers and even had my employee try at the office and none of us could figure out how to use self serve. Your app needs serious improvement. I had to wait an hour until the location opened in the freezing cold to get the truck.

Truck was absolutely filthy - I had to stop to clean windows and mirrors in order to see. Fuel was supposed to by 1/4 tank, but once I drove off the lot, the gauge fell to 1/8th tank. Location did not have supplies (mattress covers).

Booked online and chose my pickup time based on the hours someone would be there. Website said staff would be there until 5, so I had to book at 4:30 if I wanted a person, because I wasn’t sure how the mobile pickup worked. When I arrived, there was no one and the sign posed said they are only on site until noon!! The mobile pickup was easy enough but not at all ideal. Truck was also filthy with mud. Not cleaned. Could have rented me one of the other 10 sitting there that were most likely cleaner.

We had a 3-4 hour delay to UHaul's unprofessional and unhelpful attitude and were misinformed several times, which led to a lot of frustration and delays in what was already a stressful moving day. I was personally at home packing, while my mother, Annick Karki (on the reservation) went to get the Cargo Van that I had reserved ahead of time online the week before, for the 177 Carlton location in Toronto. When she got there, the van was not available because the previous customers had not returned it. This is not our problem, as paying customers. You should have other vans available, or given us a size up upgrade for free. Whether other people are sticking to their timeline should not affect us. Instead, my mother Annick was sent to go pick up a van at ANOTHER location. I have talked with several friends of mine, and when this has happened to them, they have been given another truck that is available, but have NEVER been sent elsewhere to pick up another van. This was already frustrating considering this would add time to our planned schedule. Further, and very annoyingly, my mother was given the WRONG address to go pick up the cargo van!! Please see the attached picture for card that the customer service rep had written on attached to this email as PROOF. It says Queen street EAST, where the actual location to pick up the van was Queen street WEST. I understand you wrote the intersections but my mother does not know downtown super well (it is a BIG city) and you cannot expect this to fall on us. We already were behind on our move and on top of that we go the WRONG address. As a company, you should make sure you are giving your customers the correct information especially if you are asking them to accomodate. I know you sent me a text with the information but you very well knew I was NOT with her (we had spoken on the phone several times) and should have been clear in your directions. This is unacceptable. She called me so frustrated because there is no such Queen street east address and she had to then drive across the city to go to the other location, which took a good hour extra. When she FINALLY got there, there was NO One at the office!! It was closed!! If you send a customer to drive all across the city (which is already annoying), shouldn't you at least verify that the office you are sending them to is open?!? She had to call the assistance number displayed on the office and BEGGED and was almost in tears because we really needed this van and NO ONE was helping us. Finally, she was able to get the information to pick up a key in a box and go get a van herself, with nobody around to help at ANY stage. I think this is also unacceptable and a very bad impression of your company. So, not only did we not have our van as planned, but we were sent to a WRONG address, and when we finally got to the right one, NO ONE was there to help. This delayed us immensely in our move and it seemed like no one wanted or cared to help throughout

I had to wait in line for 45 minuets to get to the person attending to customers after which i was told the 10” truck that i had booked a week in advance was not available. I was told i can take either a 9’ van or 15’ truck, neither of the two would have worked as my drive way won’t be able to accommodate 15’ truck and 9’ van won’t be enough to accommodate all my stuff. After waiting for another 45 minutes and trying to get the 10’ truck from another location we noticed there was a 10’ truck out in the lot. When we enquired we were told it is booked for out of city move in few hours. I don’t understand why i was made to wait around 1.5 hrs when there was a truck available??? I insisted on getting what i had booked and got it after good 1.5 hrs..i had also booked two dolly’s that were not made available instead i was given appliance dolly whicjh was dirty and i have dirt all over my furniture. This has been a terrible experience. Between all of this i had my elevator booked in my building between 10:30 and 12 pm to which I couldn’t make on time and had to move my stuff alongside elevators booked for residents. This has been a very embarrassing and horrible experience.
