Scheduled the van for 6am. Was blocked. Didn't receive the van until 8:30am. Location was reluctant to allow me to take a dolly even though it was paid for and requested.

Arranged a week in advance for a 20’ truck, and 2 furniture dollies. And signed up for the app to allow me to pick the truck up at 7am. They called me the night before to tell me they can’t accommodate pick up outside of office hours and that I would have to pick up at 8am. When I arrived at 8am I was told that there was no furniture dollies available. Why advertise and confirm a reservation if they are not available, and why not advise this when they called to tell my my pick up time had changed. The guy was apologetic, but the overall service was terrible and made my days work 10 times harder as I had no way of arranging dollies from another location with no notice.

I booked 2 dolleys and furniture pads. They didn't have any. I had to visit 3 locations to get the truck I booked. My moving experience was terrible thanks to Uhaul

I made the reservation for the the van and a Dollie for 8 am and got there by the right time, but there was no Dollie for me. Also, the Van’s rear left turning sinal was not working properly, making me feeling unsafe while driving. Customer service was average but no major complaints about it.

I ordered the 10' van from internet, the pick up location is 5 Defries St., it was close to my moving location, I also reserved an appliance dolly but on the pickup day, I got an email from your office with changes on pickup location, it was 4.5 kms from 5 Defies, 480 Coxwell Ave. (Total extra 9 kms were charged to me) I also got upset they don't have the appliance dolly I ordered, moving fridge and stove was a bit challenging, any way I don't think I will use your company again.

The truck was one hour late being returned and there was not another truck of the same size ready for me at the arranged time for pick-up. The air conditioner in the truck did not work. I was not offered a discount for the long wait time before the truck arrived.

Vehicle was dirty and I had to wait for it to be cleaned to leave. Staff was friendly, went to check out another vehicle so I could use that one instead but that was also dirty.

I arrived at the pick-up location to pick up the trailer that I had reserved. I had received an e-mail and text messages confirming my reservation and the pick-up location. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a trailer there, however, when I went into the office I was told it was not available as it was in for service. Then I was told I had to call 1-800 U-Haul to resolve the issue, rather than the office calling U-Haul to resolve the issue. We sat in the parking lot for 20+ minutes on hold, was finally connected to the call centre and then transferred to the local scheduling manager. The manager advised that a trailer had just arrived at the location for me. At this point we had been in the lot for about an hour and no trailers had arrived. We were offered a trailer an hour plus drive north east of our move site, which we refused. In the end we were given the trailer that was on the lot. The previous renter had left their lock on the trailer and it had to be cut off. Then they couldn't find a wiring harness. 2 1/2 hours later that our scheduled pick up time we finally received our trailer. The is the second major issue I have had renting with U-Haul. I won't be renting with them again.

Everyone was friendly. The truck was actually available (I've lost out on a double booked truck in the past). We had to wait about 10min in line to check in for the truck which did not feel too unreasonable. All in all, probably my best experience with a uhaul location ever.

This complaint is for uhaul head office. I had a trailer reserved at the Greenwood location, when I got there he told me my reservation had been moved. I called the number he gave me. The woman said it was moved to Warden location, when I got there they didn't have my trailer. I had to go back to Coxwell location which was 2 minutes away from the original location for pickup. This was 2 screw ups in 1 week. I am very disappointed with uhaul lately.

Clean the the van I used: inside windshield, clean out the storage area. Replace the burnt out driver side, brake light/signal. Provide a parking space so I can leave my car while I use the rental.

Reservation number: 93503729 The service at this establishment was lower than poor. The gentleman who retrieved my vehicle failed to pass an inspection of my vehicle before handing it off to me. I had to demand that he check it. He also failed to supply me with a dolly as there were none in stock despite my reservation calling for one. His answer was simply we will credit you back. To my surprise, I have now been invoiced an extra $50 for a missing dolly. When I checked the fuel in the vehicle, it was less that a quarter tank. The gentleman failed to check the fuel gauge prior to handing me over the rental. I verified with him. The gauge was at just under a quarter tank. The gentleman told me it was my responsibility to fuel it and that I am only responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when i picked it up. I brought back the vehicle with over have a quarter tank...more than I had received it. To my surprise, again, I have been invoiced for an extra $74.97. How is this possible uhaul? You are giving out veichles with hardly any fuel, I return it with more fuel than the start and then you in turn bill be for almost a full tankl of gas???? I expect top be credited for these 2 items. Very disappointing experience and I hope this will be resolved by uhaul and that you will credit and waive the extra charges

Customers service at uhaul is the worest. They need to be trained am talking about the the 4 different agents I talked today on the phone. I will never rent from uhaul again..very focus on money they don't care about customer. I book my van to pick up in my preference location then they don't have the van available when I call customer service told me to go to 40 km away from home not happy about it then called different location to ask availability finally got at Coxwell. I have done most of the customer agents job to get the van. Not willing to help and totally unprofessional agents.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. I had to attach the trailer myself in order to leave while two of the staff watched me without offering any help. The return dropoff after hours was a joke with vehicles left all over the place on a Sunday night.

Great service. U haul system was really slow and wouldn’t let them complete my pick up process while my phone app was signed in. Seems like an easy glitch to fix and save everyone quite a bit of time on check out. Otherwise great!
