No assistance with raising and lowering the trailer to place it on the hitch. The trailer did not have a jack and I was with my Father (75 years old). It was not easy to get in on the hitch and no assistance was offered by Cheaper and Better.Alaina G.

Didn't have the dolly I reserved then gave us the wrong uhaul. I was then charged $3,500 for uhaul I didn't use. Was told this charge would be taken care of after being on hold for two hours. Called back and of course, this charge was not taken care of. I was then told Rodney, the regional manager, would contact me in 72 hours after he investigated the charges. He didn't. After calling three times and leaving messages, Rodney called me back and took care of the charges. Nightmare of an experience. Stay away from this location.Jaden R.

I like the people who I deal with but this is the third time that I've turned a truck in and been overcharged because the truck was checked in hours after I left.
