Not charge them when the company’s vehicle dies. I did not receive a refund for the rental and ended up behind my moving schedule by 5 hours. What would have been a one trip turned into multiple back and forth across town up until 10pm when my move in time was supposed to me 2pm. Would not rent with this company again. Customer service was excellent and the person over the phone was great.
Gage LStaff was great, not anything they could do to fix the problem.
Trevor PI arrived late and the man was running behind as well. I ended up walking out an hour after my reservation time. He extended my deadline that still allowed me the same time with the truck. Regardless of him being busy and my being late he was still incredibly kind and respectful. I would recommend that location to a friend. Friendly and kind customer service goes a long ways!
