I rented the truck for 11 hours, to be dropped off at 7pm. When I got there, he told me he was leaving early that day so I had to keep the truck over night as he did not want it parked there for fear of it being stolen. I did not plan on keeping a 26 foot truck over night so parking it was very inconvenient. He also said I had to have the truck back in the morning before he got there, which I also did not plan on doing right after moving my whole house. To top it all off, when I got there he told me he didn't have any utility dollies after I had booked 2 in my reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it just added lots of stress to the already stressful situation of moving.
Nicholas R.Update website stating no drop-offs at night and confirm p/u time as we had 10am and office had 11am. The truck overhead part was really dirty, I had to sweep it out before using the truck. Overall this has been the best location and staff is great and the process was pretty smooth and went well.
