Truck's catalytic converter was cut from exhaust but not removed. Pickup point did not inform me or act like it was an issue. Had to use earplugs and it was still way to loud. Possible ear damage!Robert L.

There was only 1 worker available, so that meant it took a while to get serviced. There were two other ladies there but all they did was look up as who was walking in and went back to their phones. If these are employees, then I wish I had a job where I got payed to be on my phone. It was my first time using Uhaul and would've appreciated if a worker was able to assist me with finding my truck, rather than me playing the guessing game with with truck matched the numbers in the keys.Davin P.

The back of the truck & trailer had trash in them from previous rentals that I had to clean out before loading our stuff. They also had dirt in it like dried mud. The trailer was really bad, like someone put a 4 wheeler or something in it. I had no way to get it all out of both, so a bunch If my stuff got dirty & had to clean my stuff. The cab of the truck was dirty & had pet hair all over in it. The truck handle great, especially liked the breaking system driving through the mountains.Paul W.
