The staffer was not service focused and seemed intent on having me do everything online. When I had connectivity issues he did help complete the reservation. No one checked out the truck before I left and same on return. I ended up charged for 5 gals of gas when I had returned it at the level I'd been given (half tank.) when I went back to the store to have the bill adjusted the same attendant told me to contact U-Haul and I didn't need to come back to the store. I did reach out to U-Haul local management and was well cared for. They responded with understanding and refunded me for the extra gas. U-Haul was great, truck was clean, but I won't rent from Judy's Herb and Tobacco Shop again.

Have equipment clean. Box of truck was filthy. Informed cashier of problem and he pointed towards a broom! Trucks battery was almost dead, finally cranked and informed cashier of problem, did not seem to care! Bad vibration in truck at any speed above 55mph.

Ed PI would appreciate not being charge 3 different amounts after the 1st time when I pick the truck up which serves as a deposit. I still haven't seen where that was deposited back into my account for those times. I don't have over 300 dollars to give away. Please review my account and return like you said it would . Also please call the location to see if the truck has been returned first seeing that they have the numbers on the trucks and on my receipt to walk out there and tell you . They have to go out to get the ending mileage any way for the final true receipt. This would be truly appreciated. I would like to keep using your services as long as it is feasible and affordable.
Michael LNo employee to unhook trailer. Said we had to wait several hours for help. Had to go find a 2x4 to pry the tongue off the ball. Employee had no access to U-Haul computer system. Asked me if I could call someone to help me unhook trailer. Unbelievable Could not provide receipt for return. Said they would email Still don’t have it
