MARTIN DThe ratchets need changed, they would come loose after 30 minutes. I would recommend changing the ratchets for the straps because they have out lived their life span.
ANDREW RBrought the truck back clean expecting the $25 back per the sign posted instead got charged $32 for gas they said wasn’t replaced but was Hively Elkhart Indiana I called several times got ace can nobody there for U-Haul just charged my card after I cleaned the truck!!!
TRACY DI had to drop off my truck & trailer at the agreed upon location earlier than my deadline; place had closed half hour earlier, but I didn't want to wrack up any more miles or gas, so I left equipment in parking lot, and kept the key, planning to come back next day...they were closed all day. So had to come back next day, but was pleasantly surprised to deal one-on-one with a real person, not an app, who gladly assured me there would be no extra day charges! Will certainly do business with M66 Groceries again!
