I called a 1800 phone number, and spoke with a reservation specialist. I was made aware that I would have the ability to pay in any form I choose once I arrived at the location. I was also informed that I did not need to bring any form of identification with the except my driver's license. I was also told an employee of Uhaul would be onsite to answer any additional questions I may have. All of those statements were not true. I had my passport with me just in case I needed it. Turned out I did. There was no employee available to assist or to provide support. Terrible experience. Terrible.Valencia E.

The rep on the phone stated they open at 11am which they arrived at 11:30am. The first truck did not start so he asked for our jumper cables and vehicle to start the van! I let him use the cables but not my car. The second van did not work either. The last truck did not have the handle so you can climb in truck, the charged my card 4 times and are still trying to charge me 71 dollars. The truck wasn't full so I returned it with the same amount of fuel. The worst experience everWendy R.
