Sketchy location. Didn't understand the concept of using an app to pick up the truck. Nobody there to help. Figured out the app and finally got the truck picked up.

My original reservation was changed 30 mins out the way, when I got to the location they didn't have my truck said it was stolen. This location was a hour away, he waited and gave great service, had to get a second uhaul and had to have road side assistance come out twice to change tires. Caused me xtra money and very inconvenient. The worst experience ever.
