DEBORAH J.Im a 24 yr old mom who rented a car tow dolly from this location, the owner was nice in the beginning. We ran out of gas and im not superwoman it wasnt easy for us 2 to haul this vehicle. i told him in person when I picked it up tha I wanted to extend the time it was 430 to 830, I called him at 8 saying we were going to be late and apologized consistently because we still had not been able to get the undriveable vehicle come alonged onto the tow dolly. We didn't think it was going to be as difficult as it was.. he said i couldn't return it after 10 because he closes then so phone ended up dying & I have 3yr old at home my mother was watching her so we come home hurry and plug my phone in and give my daughter a bath by the time I power my phone on he's texting me saying he's reporting it stolen. My boyfriend called him and explained the situation. I've never been in trouble a day in my life this whole thing is a nightmare & I wouldn't wish it on anyone. He's saying I owe him 100$ when I gave him 100$ yesterday & my contract says if returned late its only 20$ .
