The app is very unfriendly. We booked the truck. We booked it on a Monday and tried to pick it up the next Friday. The 1st lady could not help, she sent us to a second lady who sent us to a third lady that finally new what she was doing and gave us a code to get into the box and get a key. We were having to use two phones to complete this process. What if I had been aline or did not have a second phone. You need to make this USER FRIENDLY. I will never use this again.

Better signage for the office. They share space with 3 other businesses and it took a minute to find where they were located.

WENDY LWe dropped off the truck at the location after hours so I can't say if they were helpful but the lot seemed clean. Drop box was available. Hopefully they fix this truck for the next family!
TRACY VSwift check-out of trailer was with folks that were friendly and cheerful while being administratively efficient! Steep grade of the pick-up and return lot takes a bit more than usual care.
