The drop off was after hours. It was convenient to I-5 for family that drove home.

Kim is the Uhaul rep at the Chevron station. She is very unprofessional. She seems irritated and inconvenienced at having to help you. She tried making me do the self check in while I was standing at the counter. She seemed to not like to answer any questions. I would say she is not a people person and probably shouldn't be running the Uhaul part of that business.

I was charged for things I didn’t get. I did not get the dolly or any of the other items that I ordered. But I did get charged. I would like to be refunded for them. But I’m sure I won’t since this isn’t the first time.

Be more respectful of Cornavirus social distancing only thing was done wiped pins off and card machine with small pack alcohol wipes that come in a new set of windows sheald whisper blades Then when came outside to finish the rental did not have any face mask and did not keep the recommended 6 feet apart as I was hooking the trailer to my truck she was with in inches to me as she looked on as I connected the chains and 4 wire flat to my truck . I respect she was making sure I was hooking it up correctly but she could have stayed back tell I was finished hooking up

The lady was rude and very unfocuse on helping us and made things very difficult to deal with

When I first called they said they did not have what I needed. I called 800 number and they said there was a trailer I needed at the location l called first. When I went to get the trailer, the person had an attitude.

Grado:

The person who assisted us with the rental was the rudest person i’ve ever had to work with at uhaul. She had the WORST attitude when she had already caused trouble with my move?? I hope I never have to work with someone like her again. She wasn’t just rude to me, who was renting the truck, but the driver and my friends who came to help me with the move. She was horrible. Otherwise the rest was fine.

Grado:

The uhaul online system sucked! Thought I’d completed it but apparently not. Thankfully Kim was there to help me complete to reservation and pick up the truck. I found both plastic seals missing on the blanket bag and dolly, due to time and needing to get working / moving. I took a pic to prove they were off already. I tried to use the online system both to pick up and return and my phone / website was so slow loading it didn’t work.

I never got my rental because the attendant wouldn't look for the key to the truck

I have been overcharged and my dispute wasn't even recognized from Fransico. I have 2 charges on my card. 1 for $35.00 and another for 167.70 on top of being charged an additional 10.35 for fuel (which I purchased and refilled to the line that was requested prior to my use). My contract was changed to a longer time frame when the station I made my rental agreement with was not available like it showed online. I have additional charges that are not being explained and I have a poor experience with ANY of your customer service reps. The lady that rented the vehicle to me was rude, impatient and would disappear during the contract agreement. She did not tell me where the vehicle was located, how to identify the vehicle or where to return it for return inspection. Your app froze when I was returning the vehicle so I did not get to perform a closing / return report. Safe to say I will not be using Uhaul again or recommending it to any friends or colleagues which is sad since I've used their services every year for the last 15 years but these over charges and lack of any feedback is enough to damage that relationship. $215 dollars for 8 hours of use? Ridiculous.

She was too busy with managing the store. Should of verified the starting miles before I left. She was rushing to get me out the door. Signing contracts are important to both parties. Was not happy with additional cost.

I was supposed to check trailer out at 445. I got there early. Like 415pm. She turned the clock back to 4pm checkout. Weird?? Not a big deal but ill go pickup trailer at another location next time. I.like a place in marysville. In side of freeway near 4th. That guy treats people very good. Thanks either way

Make checking out friendlier...maybe train the customer service folks on how to assist folks returning trucks instead of them just saying "I don't know anything about that, you have to check out on-line."

Return was stated to be Friday but a specific time was not on the paperwork or given verbally. In fact, the after hours drop-off option was discussed when picking up the uhaul. We had quite the panic when we received a text at 9:30am stating the uhaul was to have been dropped off by 9:00am. Customer service representative was very helpful and changed our contract for a later return time. The time really needs to be on the paperwork if it is an issue and also mentioned verbally. The lady did not really speak English.

Grado:

Mileage rate too high counting gas cost me $165.00 for two days and only 111 miles. Then rental and insurance pushed bill to over $219.00 just to move from one storage locker to another closer to home. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income the rate is just too high. Just borrow and use a pick up next time.

This location needs more professional help. It seemed pretty disorganized.

This was by far the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. The women running the operation was incredibly rude--not only to me as a customer, but to her employee as well. I was a walk-up guest and she barely wanted to help get me a trailer. She also kept telling us we had the trailer for 24hrs, even though the uhaul link said it needed to be back by 7:45. When I did return the trailer, the location device for uhaul wouldn't work, so I called their helpline to notify them that I did drop off the trailer and that the app wasn't working. I got the same lady from earlier that day who was ZERO help and told me that I needed to "work out the problem by myself" and that she is off at 5pm. Needless to say---this was the worst customer service experience ever. I will NEVER return to this uhaul again.

Kim (owner?) gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had! In my opinion, U-haul should not be associated with this dealer. Needed to move a tractor, but John Deere is not in the auto list for selecting the vehicle to be towed on the auto transport trailer, so I just picked a Kia thinking it would be similar in size and heavier than my tractor. When I got there at my appointment time, Kim was busy (understandingly as there were only two people and she was the only one who could do U-Haul rentals). After the paperwork and finding the trailer, it was evident that the skids on the trailer were too far apart for my tractor’s wheel base. I went back inside to explain and she was quite visibly and verbally irritated with me. She told me that I needed a different trailer on the lot, so I asked her to switch and she refused and told me that I had to read my email. I asked her to cancel the original agreement as I hadn’t even hooked up the trailer and she eventually did. I then said that I’d like to rent the trailer she suggested and again refused because I ‘falsified’ my original reservation (again, no tractor to pick as an option). She then left the counter as she said that she had other things she needed to do. After around 5+ minutes helping a vendor, she reappeared and I asked again I f I could rent the trailer and she said that I had to make the reservation on my phone. I needed the trailer today, so I did the reservation on my phone and waited and waited for her again until she came back to the u-haul counter to complete the second transaction.

Kim was great and went to great lengths to make this easy and quick. However, the first truck that was assigned had very high mileage and Kim gave me two other options. The truck I picked (because the other had some minor damage) had been siphoned (not your fault) and wouldn't start. Kim took care of it and gave me the remaining truck. No problems after that and everything went well. Those little frustrations did not change my mind about the quality of the process and experience.

This location is a gas station ,mailbox, and "C'" store and only one woman on duty. I was at the bottom of the being waited on while she continued to help other non U haul customers that came in long after I arrived Got the impression that U haul customers are more trouble then their worth. Had to hitch up my rental trailer on my own. Had requested a different location a week before my schedule pick up but traffic change my pickup location more then 10 miles away the day of my reservation U haul needs to do a much better job screening there rental locations and make sure the equipment requested is at the location I requested.... as I had made my reservation a week ahead of time

Grado:

The first truck had been emptied of fuel so I had to go find another one. It was raining and that seemed to be okay with the representative. I had asked for a van and for a truck. The cost for fuel was 1.5 times that of the van. I believe that I paid too much and got a lack of customer service.

Erik B.
Grado:

The mileage was put in wrong and I was overcharged but I don't have a picture to prove it so I'm stuck paying the extra cost. The lady was hard to understand at times and I couldn't open the initial text they sent me to confirm that things were correct.
