Better communication of picking up trucks that have been out for repairs or whatever the case may be. Better communication when dropping off and where and what to do. Just overall this experience was a nightmare.

Lied to me several times. Then failed to "check the van back into inventory", thus accusing me of steeling the vehicle. Person at "Cars 4 U" is known to do shady things.
