RELONDA BThe only thing that I didn’t like was when I return the equipment was that there was no where to park it. Maybe they could give the access code and it could be parked inside the gate
MARK CBrent who assisted me in bringing me the keys; he actually pulled the truck around to me during pick-up. Upon return which was two minutes before 5p, went out of his way opened the gate and stayed beyond his shift to assist me in drop off. His customer service skills were stellar and he really made the experience high level. I will return to this location in the future because of Brent. -I did find the virtual check in a little daunting, for whatever reason it was loading very slowly which was a bit frustrating, but once complete again I was very satisfied!
