Arrived at the original location and they could not tell me how to access the U-Haul keys. Called customer service and they sent me to a location 20 minutes away. (Took 1 hour in the hot sun for them to rebook me elsewhere) I had to pay additional hours for the movers and was very late for the move.

Armando V.I was not pleased that the truck only had a quarter of a tank and I had to stop to put gasoline. Another thing I was not told that I needed to check the truck in online and when I showed up I had to walk around the building that was dark and I didn't even know where to drop the key.
